Service Description
I’m Eric, a practicum student in the Master of Educational Psychology (Counselling) program at the University of Regina. I provide confidential counselling under the supervision of Belinda-Lee Krienke, a registered social worker and trauma- and family-therapy clinician. I am also a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). My practice welcomes adults and youth seeking support for a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, academic/work pressures, identity questions, trauma, and cultural or spiritual concerns. My approach is client-centred, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on safety, collaboration, and the nervous system. Sessions may incorporate grounding techniques, skills-based strategies, narrative exploration, and strength-based supports tailored to you. I’m committed to transparent communication about supervision, boundaries, confidentiality, and when to seek or refer for licensed care. There is no fee for counselling at this time. Location and format: In-person sessions in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan, and areas. There is also a secure online counselling option to improve access. I offer a 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and determine fit. If you’re in immediate danger, please call 911. To book, contact me at (306) 599-7820 or Eric@wptc.ca I look forward to supporting you on your path to greater well-being and resilience.
